Are you able to use evidence and insight to strategically pursue new ventures and measure their impact?
Do you have an excellent understanding of how to market educational products?
Our client is an educational charity based in Central London that is in an exciting period of growth, as they seek to expand the reach of their dynamic workshops. They also benefit from a tight knit and friendly team atmosphere.
Their team is expanding to recruit a part-time Programme Development Manager. You will be the product expert responsible for researching and recommending the product development roadmap, managing content development and then working with the team to develop the implementation plan. You will be responsible for impact assessment and content for marketing communications. You will work closely with the Development Manager to develop fundraising proposals, the Education Engagement Manager on plans to increase their reach, and the Operations Manager to ensure quality control and regular evaluation reports.
The successful Programme Development Manager will come from a teaching background. They will also have prior experience in product and content development in an educational context, knowledge and experience of using evidence to inform policy and practice, strong experience of marketing learning and education products, experience of working in the charity sector, and an understanding of how charities are run and governed.
This Programme Development Manager role will suit those who are passionate about improving financial education for young people, able to work collaboratively with a wide range of senior stake holders and service users, flexible, self-motivated and with an entrepreneurial spirit.
It’s an incredibly exciting time to be joining this organisation, as they pursue their goal to teach 1 million young people by 2025. They are working with some of the largest financial firms who fully support their goal, enthusiastic volunteers set on delivering top quality education, and a highly experienced Trustee board.
An enhanced DBS check will be required for the successful candidate upon placement.
