A small, grass roots social enterprise that supports and mentors young people from the most challenging backgrounds through programme and workshop delivery, are now looking for a Programme Coordinator to join the team.
The role will involve a mix of face to face and virtual workshop delivery as well as administrative work and will require you to work part of the week in South West London and occasionally from home. This is a small organisation, offering lots of flexibility and an excellent opportunity to develop your career supporting young people.
The organisation focuses on delivering programmes, events, workshops and webinars to charities and organisations within the creative and digital skills industries. As the Programme Coordinator, you'll ensure the successful delivery of the various programmes including scheduling workshops, recruiting delivery partners and guest speakers, recruiting volunteers, attending the live sessions and supporting with set up and communications, providing digital outreach and supporting the planning of new sessions.
You'll have previous experience of coordinating or delivering in person and/or online programmes for young people which might include webinars, workshops, sessions, lessons etc. You'll be a good communicator with the ability to multitask and will need to think creatively and flexibly to solve problems and think of new ideas. As the programmes are related to the digital skills industry, you'll be someone who has an interest in, and is confident with digital skills.
