Our client, a leading educational charitable foundation based in the heart of London are seeking a Programme Coordinator for their growing team. This excellent opportunity will be on a full time permanent basis and offers a competitive benefits package. As Programme Coordinator you will be supporting the management and delivery of programmes by tracking and monitoring budget and activity across programme teams.

As Programme Coordinator you will be responsible for:

Track and monitor programme budgets to maximise the budget spend
Identify any efficiencies and ensure that value for money is achieved
Track and monitor programme activity and key performance indicators across the team
Developing marketing and communications products, and coordinating project management activity
Contribute through scoring tender responses for some projects
Contract manage large programmes of work including leading on the processes
Adhoc admin and project support

As Programme Coordinator you will meet the following criteria:

Extensive project coordination experience in an office environment
Demonstrable experience of managing and monitoring budgets across a programme of work
Outstanding communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Ability to build relationships across the organisation to work effectively cross teams to maximise resources
Ability to collate and analyse information and data
Comfortable in a high performance environment and able to deliver on key performance indicators
Ability to track activity on projects through to completion
