This well established Institute are recruiting an expereinced admisitrator to a new role - "Programme Assistant".
You will help support the delivery of a new Learning and Development project, which will review their qualifications programme. You will play a key role by supporting the Programme Manager to ensure effective implementation of the project and programme of courses.
Main duties for the Programme Assistant include:
Provide full programme administration and first point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
Participating in meetings, workshops and events.
Organising meetings, minute taking and coordinating action points.
Maintaining project documents.
Creating project reports.
Essential criteria for the Programme Assistant includes:
Strong MS Office Skills, including Excel.
Confident with ability to chase external stakeholders in a professional manner.
Well organised with the ability to multi task.
Ability to work pick up new processes and work to conflicting deadlines.
Strong communications skills, both written and oral.
Extensive administration experience.
