A membership body which develops leadership management and governance across the UK universities and HE colleges is currently recruiting for a Programme and Project Officer to assist the Programme Development Manager in their West London office.
The successful candidate will be responsible for making the operational arrangements for the training and development programmes, events and projects.
Main duties for the Programme and Project Officer include:
? Act as primary relationship manager for a range of projects and programmes
? Liaising with clients and participants, making arrangements with associates, suppliers
? Booking venues and making other logistical arrangements.
? Processing invoices, issuing contracts and project monitoring
? Supporting managers in a range of other ad-hoc projects
Essential criteria for Programme and Project Officer include:
? Previous experience of working within a training and development environment
? A proven ability of working with a client relationship management system , or working with a digital / web based service provider
? You may be required to travel to venues outside London, together with occasional overnight stays.
