A unique University based in London are looking for a Programme Administration Officer to join their rapidly expanding team on a temporary basis. This role will report in to the Programme Administration Manager and will support the administrative delivery of their academic programmes and day to day running of programme administration operations.

You will support the manager to ensure the whole team provides efficient and accurate administrative support and guidance to staff and students on all academic programmes delivered by the University. As well as maintaining and updating SITS, you will support the management of the administration of assessments and examinations, including organising venues and invigilators, passing papers to external examiners and responding to queries and complaints.

In order to make a success of this role, you must have previously worked within Higher Education within a programme administration capacity. Excellent knowledge of SITS and Moodle is essential and you must have great communication skills.
