A prestigious education charity which provides foundation courses within fine arts is looking to recruit a Programme Administration Manager on a permanent basis paying £30-32k. This is a full time permanent position.
Reporting into the Academic Registrar, this is an exciting opportunity where you will be responsible for providing effective management for their foundation course in fine art practice. Engaging with students, self-employed tutors and wide group of stakeholders, you will manage the timetable, tutorial strictures, student record keeping, pastoral care, coordination of assessments, admissions and UCAS applications. You will also help the school to continue to raise the standard of teaching and practice raising their profile.
To be successful in the role you will have a minimum of two year’s experience in further or higher education or within a gallery or museum context in the management of educational programmes in the visual and creative arts.
