Programme Officer/ Senior Administrator

A small international development charity is seeking an experienced Programmes Officer who can also support with administrative and PA duties.

Main duties for the Programme Officer/Senior Administrator:
Management of office function and external suppliers
Support with training and induction of staff
Administer all applications for grants
Draft agreements and produce reports of programmes
Arrange all meetings with committee, circulate papers and take minutes
Update social media and website with any new information/ developments on programmes

Essential criteria for the Programme Officer/Senior Administrator:
Strong administration/ PA/ minute taking experience
Good writing skills
Ability to multi task and deal with ad hoc tasks on a reactional basis at times while managing day to day function
Problem solver
Happy to work autonomously in a small office
Excellent MS office skills
Ability to manage budgets
