A leading membership body for the HE sector are recruiting for a Professional Training Manager to project manage the development and delivery of bespoke leadership development programmes across the UK's universities.

As someone who has had experience of managing the full training lifecycle from enquiry, through to training needs analysis, managing contracted associates to deliver technical content to resources as well as facilitate the programmes through to the reviewing and evaluating of the programmes, you will be responsible for ensuing the courses offer return on investment and continue to build upon the organisation's reputation in the sector.

This role is a contract as the organisation goes through a period of change so there may will be future opportunities for someone who is able to be resilient and flexible to change as well as build strong relationships with clients and associates.

If you have excellent people skills, are able to juggle multiple projects concurrently as well as have excellent attention to detail and come from a commercial training and development background then this could be an amazing opportunity for you to join an organisation at an exciting time with some incredible future opportunities, or to take the reigns of exciting series of projects in an interim capacity.
