An arts based international awarding and examining body based in the heart of London are recruiting for a permanent Professional Qualifications Officer to take on responsibility for the quality assurance and development of assessments for their higher level qualifications. This will involve supporting the manager in the delivery of centre approvals.

As someone who has excellent customer service and communication skills, you will provide support to centres as they go through the application processes, ensuring they meet the required quality criteria and standards.
You will also liaise with candidates who are registering to take their qualifications to ensure they experience a first class customer experience.

This role will also require you to have good attention to detail, problem solving and decision making skills in order to identify any issues which may occur in regards to centre or learner compliance and report these issues to senior staff.

You will also be someone who is looking to take autonomy within their role as you will be organising and attending moderation panel meetings 2-3times a year as well as being involved in appeals and complaints in regards to results and processes.
