A global professional association who work to promote education and high professional standards for qualified practitioners who advise families on planning for their futures are recruiting for a Professional Development Manager on a 1 year fixed term contract.

As the Professional Development Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the delivery of the new education strategy, ensuring qualifications are regarded as career essentials for those working within the sector.

Working in a small team an in collaboration with their primary education partner, you'll use your initiative, resourcefulness and resilience to manage and implement projects, policy, systems and processes to develop the academic entry standards and quality assurance across the education offer.

You'll also manage the operations of all systems and policies relating to course accreditation including managing the cycle of course accreditations, liaising with the Membership Team regarding new accreditations and supporting a university partnership programme.

To be considered for this role, you'll need to have a strong track record working within an academic cycle, education quality assurance or qualification approval process within an education setting such as FE, HE or professional body sector. You'll need to have a good understanding of UK and international qualification frameworks and knowledge of education programmes and professional membership standards.
