A global chartered body are recruiting for a new role to manage the development of training and engagement packages in order to ensure that the institute's external supporters and volunteers such as assessors, counsellors and mentors, to ensure they meet local market requirements and qualifications standards.
The Professional Assessment Training and Engagement manager role will work within the team responsible for the assessment processes and services, working collaboratively with internal colleagues as well as local market experts across the globe to deliver projects that drive improvement in the impact and relationships of key stakeholders through consistent recruitment, development, recognition and quality assurance processes.
As someone who has substantial experience of designing, developing and delivering a variety of training solutions specifically around assessment, competence and engagement you will use your understanding of different training methods to write materials as well as evaluate consistently to ensure it is working in line with different markets and adapt accordingly.
Ideally coming from a professional, examination or awarding organisation, you will have experience in volunteer management in order to understand and build strong relationships with stakeholders across. different countries and languages, as well as understand how different cultures impact on learning requirements and styles.
You will be an ideas person with a strong understanding of elearning solutions, and be able to take responsibility for the full scope of this role and be passionate about taking on such a project. You will also ideally have a good understanding of motivational drivers for volunteers such as rewards and recognition.
This role will involve some international travel, but mainly you will have to be flexible in terms of hours due to some stakeholder locations. However the team is highly supportive and they are more output orientated which makes for a fantastically flexible environment.
