An employer led membership organisation that ensures their industry have the skills they need now and in the future are recruiting for a Product Lead to take ownership of registration schemes and programmes to ensure their continuous improvement.
You will also work to bring industry leaders together to identify and address the skills challenges their sectors faces by establishing and working with industry groups and internal colleagues to design, develop, review and ensure the on-going monitoring, maintenance and refreshing of these schemes and programmes.
As someone who as product development experience within an awarding or professional body setting, you will be familiar with developing regulated and/or non-regulated education products as well as have excellent project management skills to ensure that complex milestones and deadlines are met through pro-active project management of developments, including those of third party associates, for whom you will also act as a single point of contact. This role also includes all administrative tasks and duties associated with product development including associated materials.
You will also be able to demonstrate a track record of working with a range of clients and stakeholders through a high standards of interpersonal and communication skills.
Based in the heart of the Midlands, this role requires someone to be able to commute on a daily basis or be willing to relocate to the area.
