A science-based education charity who have a real commitment to equality, diversion and inclusion within the sector and their own organisation are recruiting for a Product and Partnerships Manager on a permanent basis. The charity wants young people to see science as relevant in their own lives and you would play a part in helping them implement this vision.
As the Product & Partnerships Manager you will oversee a specific Awards Programme and take responsibility for driving the growth of the scheme, across the UK and internationally, through developing the product and nurturing key partnerships. This role will organise an annual conference, and at least one partner event each academic year. You will also create a product plan which aligns with the Education team's strategy, as well as producing regular performance reports for relevant stakeholders and monitoring the costs of delivering the scheme.
As someone with a real interest in working in the education sector, you will work closely with the communications to develop and implement promotional campaigns and develop strategies for the collection and analysis of user feedback.
This role would suit an innovative thinker with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will enjoy developing product ideas based on the needs of the end users, as well as networking and nurturing important partnerships. You will be a solid project manager who is able to set and track budgets and manage colleagues effectively.
It is also ideal, but not essential if you experience in a product manager role within the education sector and a knowledge of the UK education systems.
The organisation is currently trialling an agile working policy enabling you to work from home up to 4 days per week with 1 day in their London office. They have a great benefits package, including 27 days annual leave plus bank holidays and volunteering leave.
