Described as a "shining light amongst Awarding Organisations", this leading AO are recruiting for a Product and Assessment Coordinator to manage a team of two in the delivery, implementation and review of all product and assessment developments.
As someone who has experience of developing and implementing qualifications, as well as different modes of assessment including internal and external assessments (online and paper), you will lead on the development and implementation of assessment standard setting processes for products that are both internally and externally assessed and co-ordinate and supervise product and assessment developments according to development, review and withdrawal processes and plans to maintain regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
Having previously managed you will inspire, lead and motivate employees within your area of responsibility as well as supervise external Associates as appropriate for product and assessment development.
Coming from an awarding body or similar background, this will be an office based role where some flexible working arrangements can be discussed, and will be the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to progress their management career within an AO.
