Described as a "shining light amongst Awarding Organisations", this leading AO are recruiting for a Product and Assessment Coordinator to lead on the delivery, implementation and review of all product and assessment developments.
As somebody who understands internal and external assessment, ideally working your way up in small- medium sized organisations, you will have experience of doing the detailed ground work of putting assessments together from the start as well as some experience of leading people and therefore overseeing and reviewing other people's work.
You will be expected to confidently contribute new idea drawn from best practice, but being part of a small team you will be getting your hands dirty and will not be able to pass everything down.
As well as being responsible for assessment you will also be responsible for developing products. These could range from small bite sized qualifications to Access to HE diplomas and Level 6 Qualifications for bespoke customers.
You will be a go getting type of person, with a passion for making a difference and is full of energy and new ides but can operate within a regulated environment.
This will be an office based role where some flexible working arrangements can be discussed, and will be the perfect opportunity for someone who wants to progress their management career within an AO.
