One of TPP Healthcare's clients are looking for a well presented and experienced Medical Receptionist to join their health clinic located on London's prestigious Harley Street.

This role is 37.5 hours per week, shifts between 8:15am & 7.00pm

Ideal experience will be;

  • Extremely well presented and promote a professional image
  • Excellent communicator (face to face & telephone)
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience in clinical or health facility
  • Professional with a friendly and polite manner
  • Be a team player
  • Customer service focused

Your duties will include;

  • First point of contact for all patients and visitors
  • Contribute to smooth day-to-day running of reception
  • Ensure the waiting room is always tidy and clean and stocked with refreshments
  • Maintain strict confidentiality and respect for patients
  • Booking and amending appointments and following up with confirmations
  • Preparing paperwork for patients and doctors
  • General Admin duties based back office such as; stationary stocks, taking payments, chasing referrals, answering the phones, responding to emails and enquires

You will get;
