One of our well-established CQC registered, aesthetic clinics located on Harley Street are currently looking for an experienced Receptionist/Administrator to join their fast-growing team.

Responsibilities:

  • First point of contact for all patients
  • Translate for Mandarin speaking patients
  • Managing telephone and email enquiries, booking appointments and maintain accurate patient records
  • Preparing patient files and individual clinic lists for practitioners according to their diaries and treatments booked
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of customer service and upholding the company's professional image at all times
  • Supporting team members with additional duties when required
  • Fulfil the role of a chaperone when appropriate

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience as front of house/receptionist
  • Excellent customer service and telephone manner
  • Strong communicator with excellent oral and written communication skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin

Hours:

This is a full time role, 40hrs per week. Shifts Monday to Friday, 10:30am to 7:30pm.

The clinic is currently open Monday to Friday, however they are planning to open Saturdays in the near future so flexibility is essential
