TPP is excited to be partnering with a well known charity based in Southern England, to recruit for a Philanthropy Manager (South West) on a permanent basis. This is a home-based* role, paying between £30,978 - £36,445 and will cover the SW region.

This is an exciting role where you will manage a vast donor portfolio of supporters which gift £10k plus a year! You will provide donors with excellent stewardship and provide regular tailored communications. From this, you will build compelling cases for support and ultimately make financial asks to generate significant income. In time, you will also be expected to develop a prospect plan to seek out new business.

To be successful in this role you will have experience of managing HNWI. You will have sound communication skills to create compelling collateral to engage/enthuse donors. From this, you will be able to build rapport quickly and communicate effectively over the telephone and face to face to existing donors or prospects. You will be confident in making financial asks.

*This role can be home based in the Southwest area, but you will be expected to have a full driving licence and willingness to travel around the SW area.

To apply, please send through an updated CV in response to this advert in the first instance - the TPP team will then contact you with additional information about the role and recruitment process. Alternatively, contact Matt Adams via matt.adams@tpp.co.uk or 0207 109 6040 for a confidential discussion.

We want you to have every opportunity to demonstrate your skills, ability and potential; please contact us if you require any assistance or adjustment so that we can help with making the application process work for you.
