An international women's rights organization has a new fundraising position. The fundraising team of 8 is based just outside the city of London and works in partnership with women's rights organisations and movements, primarily in Africa and Asia. This for a 12 month contract with strong opportunity of being extended.
This is an exciting time for the charity, there are new trustees joining the charity over the next few months, all with fantastic networks for you to tap into.
In this role you will be lead on strategy and implementation of the major donor and corporate partnerships strategy, growing both restricted and unrestricted income from existing and new major donors and companies. You will oversee the special events that your major donors and corporates will attend but most of the event planning will be managed by your line report, the philanthropy officer.
There could be a possibility of a 4 day week or some working from home/ flexible working for the right candidate.
