TPP are proud to be partnering with a long established and national children's charity to recruit for a Philanthropy Manager, paying £37,857. The position is permanent and based in Central London.

The charity supports young people aged between 10-18 who are the most vulnerable in life. These can include children who have been taken into care, abused, assaulted and trafficked. They also help children who have found solace in drugs and alcohol to deal with their problems. One of the ways the charity supports these children is by assigning them a project worker who can offer them unconditional support and a listening ear.

To continue this great work, they are seeking a Philanthropy Manager who will work with individuals who can offer gifts of over £5,000 per year. Through meetings and calls, you will make donors feel thanked, reporting back to them on how their donations are making a difference. To attract new donors, you will organise and manage events. You will work on exciting projects which will allow donors to invest in products which help children. In return there is enormous freedom and autonomy in the charity to make the role your own without micromanagement!

You will also benefit from excellent work/life balance policies which include occasional work from home, flexible hours and 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays. You will also receive a competitive pension along with a seasonal ticket loan if need be.

How to Apply

Closing date for applications: Monday 12th Feb - applications are being considered on a rolling basis.
