We have an exciting opportunity for a gifted Philanthropy Manager who would like to be part of an incredible organisation that has been saving lives for almost 200 years. You will use skills as a communicator to inspire high net worth individuals and senior volunteers to support the essential work this charity carries out.
As an excellent networker, you will build and maintain strong personal relationships with a wide range of individuals, maximising fundraising opportunities for the charity. Whilst stewarding a portfolio of existing donors, you will also use your research skills to identify new prospects and senior volunteers throughout your region.
A proven track record of 'making the ask' is essential so a solid understanding of philanthropic giving, fundraising or sales is essential to being successful in this role. As this role is home based an ability to work well in isolation (as part of a dispersed team) is a must.
The location for this role is flexible within the Midlands and the North of England, but you will be required to travel extensively, therefore a clean driving licence is essential.
