As the Philanthropy Fundraiser, you'll play a key role in securing major gifts and organising special events to support their fundraising programmes. You will build and nurture relationships with high-net-worth individuals, working closely with the Philanthropy Manager to deliver on ambitious fundraising goals. Your efforts will not only secure crucial funds but also raise awareness of the life-saving work they do.

Your Key Responsibilities:

• Developing and managing a portfolio of donors, securing gifts starting from £5,000.
• Leading the planning and execution of special events that showcase their work and engage potential donors.
• Collaborating with internal teams to create compelling proposals and impact reports.
• Identifying and cultivating new donor prospects, working alongside senior management and trustees.
• Ensuring all donor activities comply with data protection and fundraising regulations.
