Essential criteria for the Performance and Risk Manager:
Successful track record within a similar role
Experience of developing and implementing planning, performance and risk management systems
Experience of developing/ commissioning in house training and coaching teams to embed a robust performance culture
Practical knowledge of risk management with the ability to develop and maintain organisational risk logs/ systems
Strong analytical skills
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
Strong project management skills
