This is an immediate start on going interim People and Facilities Assistant role working for National charity based a short walk from London Bridge station. Reporting to the Facilities Manager the successful candidate will be responsible for the overall delivery of facility services to the wider organisation.
Day to day duties of the People and Facilities Assistant will include;
- Completing office facilities checks including stock take
- Liaising with contractors in relation maintenance and security of the building
- Administrative support to Facilities, H&S, and HR
- Assisting the People & Facilities Director with ad hoc admin duties
Applicants for the position People and Facilities Assistant must be able to start asap, have experience in similar role ideally with in a charity and be able demonstrate core competencies including organisation, and good communications.
