TPP is representing one of the leading homlessness charities based in Centeral London.
They are looking for an Interim Payroll Administrator who will be sat within the HR Department and be the key payroll function in the company.
The ideal candidate must have:
- Extensive Payroll experience
- Good communication to speak to all levels of the business in regards to payroll
- experience managing maintaining and developing payroll systems and processes
The day to day duties will be:
- Ensue the monthly and annual payroll processing is done accuratly
- Ensure that the HR team and managers have all the information and resources needed to carry out their parts
- Ensure that effective controls and plans are in place to prevent fraud or system failure as far as possible
- manage the relationship with outsourced payroll
