We are working with a brilliant charity based in Bromsgrove as they look for a Pay & Benefits Assistant to join their growing team, offering flexible working hours

To be successful in this position you will need to have prior payroll experience, as you will offer first line support for the HR Payroll team and will have a client base of c800 staff.

You will support on the monthly payroll working 18 hours over the working week; this can be split as suits you and will be agreed upon interview.

This is a 12-month FTC with potential for extension and/or permanent employment.
