Job Title: Patient Liaison Officer
Start date: August/ Early September 2016
Location: Central London
Salary: £19,000 - £25,000 depending on experience
Shifts: Full time - Weekly rota basis (including weekends)

TPP's client is a new and fast growing Private clinic based in Central London. They are seeking a number of Patient liaison officers to assist in maintaining the smooth running of the clinic and reception area.
This is an exciting opportunity for the successful candidates to contribute to the growth of the Clinic by joining their new Patient liaison team.
The main responsibilities and requirements of the patient liaison officers will include:
Working closely with the patient liaison team including the Senior Patient coordinators as well as individually,
Answering the telephones and dealing with queries effectively,
A friendly and personable approach and personality is highly desirable as the successful candidate will be the first point of contact to patients at all times,
Providing an exceptional quality of service to patients at all times,
Ability to work late or early shifts including weekends (as the clinic will be open 7 days a week from 7am to 9pm daily),
Gaining an in depth knowledge of the clinic procedures and services in order to provide a high quality service to patients,
Training on the Clinical systems will be provided to the successful candidate. However, excellent IT skills will be required
This position would suit candidates with extensive client/customer facing and administration experience within a private clinic or high end hospitality setting. However, candidates with a similar background are welcome to apply.
