TPP are recruiting for a very inspiring charity who support women entrepreneurs release there potential.

They have an exciting opportunity for a Partnerships officer to join the team. This role offers lots of variety and a good grounding to develop into a career.

You would be supporting a busy partnerships team working with global donors and a high profile founder, this role will provide critical assistance with database management, team administration, events and logistics. Supporting the whole team but reporting to the Head of Corporate Partnerships.

Some of the key responsibilities would be:
 Work with a database consultant for the first 6 months to help get a new database up and running with the team
 Lead on data management and (with support from consultant) lead on training for the team
 Ensure the organisation records data effectively

 Book flights, hotels and transport for overseas trips
 Support with detailed itineraries and briefings
 Support with prospect lists, invites and guest lists
 Liaise with and book venues, AV and catering

 Support team with creating bios and profiles of prospective donors
 Support with research for funding proposals


 Thanking and banking of donations
 Support with donor reporting and communications
 Support with donor meetings, set up IT, take minutes, book rooms, refreshments
 Identify and report on issues of compliance and risk, supporting Senior Leadership Team to mitigate
 Oversee the fundraising team's administration and internal systems, including managing the tracking of team income and expenditure, taking team minutes, setting up excel and word templates etc

To be successful in this role you will have:

 Experience of providing administrative support and/ or customer (donor) service in a busy office - ideally in a fundraising or charity office
 Excellent IT skills, with a working knowledge of using databases and solid skills on Microsoft word, excel, PowerPoint
 Project Management
 Self-starter, highly motivated to take initiative to identify and respond to opportunities and challenges
 Experience of undertaking research and analytical skills
 High levels of flexibility and initiative, with the energy, drive and resilience to make a success of any task
 Ability to work both independently and proactively as well as part of a team
 First rate organisational skills, with the ability to meet tight deadlines, ability to manage multiple tasks with competing priorities
 Excellent attention to detail
 Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop relationships in a competent, professional manner
 Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to communicate with a range of people through a variety of formats
 Numerate, with an ability to analyse team targets/budgets, interpret and communicate data and financial information
 A passion for women's rights
