The TPP Fundraising team is supporting a fantastic Children's charity with the search for a Partnerships Manager. The role is permanent, paying up to £30k with full time and part time considerations. The organisation is based in Surrey and offers flexible working including some remote working options. They also offer 35 days annual leave.
In this role you will:
- Generate leads to secure new partnerships with companies which will be your main focus.
- Account manage a small number of partnerships, ensuring these partnerships meet and exceed their fundraising goals
- Proactively prospect and develop new business opportunities. This will involve making cold, new business approaches; writing funding proposals, and preparing and delivering compelling pitches
- Support teams of volunteers who choose to work with the charity as part of their community engagement strategies, ensuring they have a positive experience and are inspired to build on their relationship.
In order to be considered for this position, you will have sound fundraising experience with a demonstrable income track record. You will have experience of cultivating and stewarding relationships, be target driven and have a proactive and creative approach to developing and delivering compelling proposals/pitches. You will have exceptional interpersonal skills, and be results focused, adaptable and tenacious.
