Partnerships and Projects Assistant

We are working with a well-known mental health charity based in Stratford to recruit a Partnerships and Projects Assistant for a fixed term contract of 12 months, the successful candidate will have excellent administration and organisation skills.

Main duties for the Partnerships and Projects Assistant:
* Administration support to the team assisting with projects, including collating KPIs and expenditure
* Supporting with data administration, ensuring everything is accurate, up to date and in line with data protection guidelines
* Producing reports for internal stakeholders
* Provide research support to enable colleagues to apply for external funding
* Coordinating Partnerships team meetings, bulletins, and subscriptions
* Supporting Corporate team with supporter enquiries and other administrative support
* Organising meeting and events, coordinating diaries and booking travel and accommodation requests as needed


Essential Criteria for the Partnerships and Projects Assistant:
* Strong organisation and administrative sills
* Excellent communication and team working skills
* Fundraising exposure would be desirable
* Ability to work to tight deadlines
* Database administration skills
* Excellent MS office skills
