Our client, a charity focused on progressing young people into employment and apprenticeships, are seeking a Partnerships Manager to join them on a full time basis. Working collaboratively with Corporate Partners and the Education Team, using your expertise in apprenticeships and customer service to create and sustain an apprenticeship programme that delivers excellence for both employers and learners. This is a permanent role based near Canary Wharf.

The key responsibilities for the Employer Partnership Manager:

Ensure communication with employers who also engage with the wider charity is co-ordinated
Provide innovative engagement opportunities for existing and prospective employers
Proactively work with other teams to understand their primary objectives and support them
Strategically seek out opportunities beyond apprenticeship placements
Create a strong working relationship with delivery managers and maintaining high levels
Build strong networks within existing employer partners
Source a pipeline of new employers who are aligned to the organisation's vision
Externally become a champion for students, encouraging employers to embed the programme into their recruitment strategy

The essential criteria for the Employer Partnership Manager:

Demonstrable experience of building effective, mutually beneficial partnerships with organisations of all sizes
Strong relationship management skills, with proven ability to grow existing partnerships to deliver improved results
Experience of pitching concepts and ideas to senior management in both internal and external contexts
Managing complex priorities and deadlines and working effectively across multiple teams
Experience of delivering new concepts within a specific time frame with multiple dependencies
Line management and working with young people experience is considered desirable
