TPP are delighted to be working with an organisation that work with healthcare providers and suppliers to improve patient safety, enhance clinical effectiveness and drive operational efficiencies.

As the Partner Manager you will report into the Head of Partnerships.

The purpose of this role:
To be accountable for the high quality running of the partner programme, including regular relationship management, a robust product approval programme and structured reporting of partner activity, internally and externally.

Some of the Key responsibilities:
Management of the Partner Programme
To facilitate and drive the relationship with UK partners, ensuring recognition of, and delivery against, UK priorities
Working with the Head of Partnerships, further improve the UK partner programme. This will include ensuring the annual roadmap review process, relevant partner approvals and regular communications are taking place with every partner.
To encourage new partners to join the programme, including identification of key organisations to become partners.
To keep abreast of all relevant legislation and regulation within that impacts on partner organisations.
To ensure the efficient running of the partner programme. This includes invoicing, communications, website upgrades and ensuring partners are abiding by the rules of the programme
To work with the UK standards & consulting team on ensuring standards are actively promoted.

Delivery of events
To support the Head of Partnerships and other leaders in relevant national activity such as the representative groups and conferences, including speaker acquisition and preparation
To work with teams to ensure the successful delivery of conferences which includes partners where appropriate.
To support the development and delivery of partner events
To maximise revenue from events.

Building relationships
To lead the partner team's key account management programme ensuring that appropriate and complete information is held in business systems.
To support the Head of Partnerships develop the partner programme across the remit - to include healthcare, retail, traceability and sustainability.
To work with the standards and consulting team to arrange and deliver the highest quality training to our partners.

To be successful in this role you will need:

Background and experience
Experience of developing networks, engaging with senior representatives of partner organisations
Excellent written and verbal communication skills - experience of delivering complex messages to a variety of audiences
Comfortable with selling - the ability to negotiate with partners when needed
Happy with ambiguity and able to make decisions in an environment which has competing priorities
Good business acumen - ability to identify the opportunities cross team
Experience in facilitating industry and partner groups towards agreed solutions and outcomes
Highly focused on the understanding of partner needs and developing approaches to meet their requirements
Proven track record of working collaboratively within cross-functional teams to deliver against strategic plans

Experience of a broad range of digital products provided to the healthcare market and/or marketplaces ecosystem
