Our client is a leading Professional Membership body, based in Corby, providing qualifications, training and extensive content/industry insight.
They are recruiting an experienced account manager (Partner Engagement Manager) to provide their customers with "post-sale" support.
Your Accounts will include training providers and corporates, in which you will build strong relationships and assist in the introduction and coordination of a number of products and services.
Acting as a conduit between the account and various internal stakeholders, including qualifications, training, technical and content, you will have extensive experience managing accounts and building long term relationships.
Previous membership and/or education experience is not essential for this role, but could help your application.
Those of with previous Account Management experience are "best-fit" and additional project or programme management skills, will also help.
Although based in Corby, your accounts will be based nationally, so there are expectations for you to travel, at least once a week, to visit your customers - therefore a driving licence is essential.
