Our client is a renowned educational institute, passionate about helping children from disadvantaged backgrounds succeed. They are recruiting for a Participant Support Manager on a permanent basis, to support their school leaders.
The Participant Support Manager acts as the interface between the organisation and their teachers. Delivering excellent customer service to their school leaders is a crucial part of the role, and the Participant Support Manger will supervise and professionally develop seven other members of staff to ensure a high level of service is maintained by the team. Some team members are remote, as the organisation has a few regional offices across the country.
To make a success of this role, data management skills are imperative in order to analyse which courses are the most effective. Having gone through a major restructure last year, our client is looking for a Participant Support Manager who is a real self-starter and can fill in the gaps in their processes.
To be considered for this role, you will need to have experience managing a team, including appraisals, and effectively handling large amounts of data.
You'll also need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be committed to working with a strong focus on quality of service.
Some evening and weekend travel will be required for this role, for which you will receive time off in lieu. This organisation is based in London's West End, Manchester and Birmingham, and you can choose which location to base yourself in.
