An exciting opportunity has arisen to work with a well established recognised care membership charity that delivers much needed support to hundreds of member organisations. You as Receptionist will play a key role in being a welcoming first point of contact face to face and over the phone. This will be a part time permanent role offering shift options up to 23.75 h/week.
Main duties for the Receptionist:
Day to day running of the reception area.
Managing and coordinating meeting room usage.
Administration and adhoc project support.
Franking post, monitoring catering stock and telephone/email query management.
Essential criteria for the Receptionist:
Experience in a similar role.
Excellent telephone manner and communications skills.
Ability to communicate with multiple levels of stakeholder.
Proficient in Microsoft office package.
