An established charity based in London are seeking a Part time Office Assistant to work Monday, Thursday and Friday 9am-5pm. The successful candidate will have experience of working within an office and be happy to cover reception on a regular basis.
Main duties for the Office Assistant:
To assist with all postal duties including franking and distributing
To provide administrative support to all departments including photocopying
To manage the cleanliness of the kitchen and boardroom
To assist with filing and archiving
To cover reception on a regular basis
Essential criteria for the Part Time Office Assistant:
Experience of working within an office environment
Excellent communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS office
Ability to multitask
Ideally will have reception experience
