This is an immediate start on going interim part time HR Manager role, working for National Charity based in Central London. Reporting to the Head of HR and working as part of team of three people you'll be responsible for managing all HR services.
You'll be resposible for supporting business managers and staff through ER cases, policies, procedures, and other related general processes including payroll. Working as part of the SMT you'll be required to produce relevant reports, and analysis to support long term decisions. Therefore, having experience of HR data base such Open accounts is ideal. In addition, you will support relevant restructures, which will include TUPE transfers and redundancies.
Applicants for this role must have a proven track record in generalist HR role, including payroll, TUPE transferrers, redundancies, and recruitment. Ideally you be studying towards or have your CIPD qualification. Applicants must be willing to work 4 days week on site and be available to start asap.
