This is an immediate start, ongoing interim role working for one of UK's Charities based a short walk from the station.
Working closely with local authorities and other Government bodies this charity is growing rapidly and as a result they're looking for a part time Finance Officer to join their existing team of 5 people.
Reporting to the Finance Manager, your role as Finance Officer will involve helping the finance team deliver its operational services to the wider business.
Processing invoices, completing payment runs, processing staff expenses, and completing reconciliation of supplier and bank statement will all be part of your duties, and this role is a very stakeholder facing role and you'll be required to have daily interaction with senior budget holders and external suppliers, making excellent communication a key requirement.
Finance Officers with experience at this level ideally within the charity sector, who have experience of Sage accounting should apply for this part time role.
You will be required to work 21 hours a week and will have flexibility over which days you'll work.
