6 Month fixed term contract
This is an immediate start on going 6 months fixed term contract role working for an international education charity. The successful part time Finance & Administration Assistant will work 28 hours a week and will report to the Finance Manager.
Day to day duties of the part time Finance & Administration Assistant will include;
- Processing all invoices, and stuff expenses
- Completing payment runs
- Completing grants reports and process all income
- Completing control account and balance sheet reconciliation
- Assisting with monthly management accounts
In addition to finance and bookkeeping duties the successful candidate will also be responsible for governance administration including organising meetings, minute taking and ad hoc project reporting and general office administration.
This role will be remote working until foreseeable and there is flexibility as to how you spread your hours of work.
