A UK membership organisation for professionals is hiring for a part-time Events Administrator to provide administrative, operational, and logistical support to the team responsible for delivering education and events to the organisation's members. This role would suit someone keen to get into events or develop their events career further. This is a permanent role, working 3 days a week with flexible choices of your working days as well as hybrid working options between the London office and from your home.

As the Events Administrator, your role will involve answering members/delegates enquiries efficiently, monitoring and updating the event attendance records of delegates on the CRM to ensure a smooth booking journey, processing manual booking and related payments, ensuring accurate rooming lists, dietary requirements and delegate numbers are provided to venues, and preparing event materials for face-to-face events.

The events you will support will include a mixed portfolio of online and face-to-face events. You will provide onsite support for face-to-face events, including ensuring that the venue is set up to meet the event requirements. For online events, you will be operating as the host on the platform used to deliver the online event, normally Zoom, to enable first class delivery of the virtual event calendar.

You will have the following skills and experience:
* Experience in providing administrative support to events on site and in the office pre and post event
* Proven capacity to work under pressure and manage a varied and complex workload ensuring deadlines are met
* Confident verbal and written communication skills including excellent telephone manner
* Ability to communicate effectively with a range of stakeholders both internal and external
* Excellent IT skills including solid working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook and database skills
