A pioneering membership body are currently recruiting for a part time End Point Assessment Manager to ensure their EPA service is effective, efficient, robust and compliant with regulatory requirements.
As someone who has experience managing assessment processes, ideally apprenticeships and EPA, for an awarding organisation, professional body or FE/HE institute you will manage the processes of EPA including the development of support packages; provide guidance for training providers and learners including clarifying all aspects of registration and assessment; and gather and monitor customer feedback to ensure continuous improvement and deliver high net promoter scores from Providers, Employers and Apprentices.
You will have a strong knowledge of quality assurance procedures and issues within an education context, as well as knowledge of relevant regulatory and QA frameworks e.g. Ofqual, IfATE in order to ensure quality processes are in line with regulatory requirements, prepare and run standardisation events for assessors, and review EPAs to ensure standards are maintained and processes are fit for purpose.
You will also have excellent communication skills as well as a strong understanding of apprenticeships in order to review products against standards and establish relationship with providers delivering the standards and advise them, and assessors, when required.
