TPP has a unique Personal Assistant role that is reporting to a client who is passionate about charitable activities around Art and Philanthropy. This is a very fast-paced role split evenly between assisting the client with activities relating to Philanthropy and Art, as well as ad hoc tasks.

This role offers travel (UK and abroad) opportunities, which may require short notice when necessary.

You will be liaising with the client regarding all of their Art and Philanthropy work, as well as assisting them on personal matters as a Personal Assistant. Your role will involve attending Art fairs and galas in the UK, Southeast Asia and other overseas countries with the client and carry out the necessary analysis, fact finding, and assessing of estimated value of the artwork.

You will provide a high-level secretarial service, including responsibility for the wider diary with arranging complex travel arrangements, scheduling and preparation of documents and agendas for meetings, minute-taking, drafting correspondence in relation to standard requests, inbox management, planning and preparations of events, and working in collaboration with the Philanthropist department regarding art related work and the management of artwork at different locations.

You will have the following skills and experience:

* Extensive experience as an Personal Assistant working 1:1 with a client
* Strong IT skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
* Ability to work well in a high-pressured environment
* Flexibility for international travel
* A good decision maker with excellent forward planning skills who is discreet and confident in liaising with the most senior level individuals
* An interest in and an existing knowledge of Art and Philanthropic work, being comfortable in interacting with individuals on this topic
