A membership organisation for healthcare educators has a fantastic opportunity for an experienced PA to join their team, providing key PA and administrative support to the CEO and senior leadership team. This is a full-time permanent opportunity with hybrid options based out of London. Alongside supporting a busy senior leadership team, you will also be part of an organisation that recognises and fully supports your professional aspirations, with many examples of current long-term employees having progressed internally. As the PA, your role will include full diary management for the CEO, managing a busy and fast-paced schedule that could change day to day. You will also be arranging virtual and in-person meetings, booking travel, responding to communications, and minute taking which also covers regular governance and committee meetings. The nature of this role will involve regular interaction with senior stakeholders and your counterparts across different organisations. Therefore, having excellent relationship building skills with people at all levels will be essential.

You will have the following skills and experience:

* Proven track record of PA support to senior level management
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Agility and adaptability to act quickly to diary changes and new priorities
* Excellent writing skills and attention to detail, with experience of minute-taking
* Proficient in MS Word, MS Excel, MS Outlook, MS PowerPoint
* Ability to engage effectively with people at all levels - in person, virtually, by telephone and in writing
* Ability to make decisions independently and know when to escalate matters.
* Effectively manage several competing priorities and busy diaries
