I am currently recruiting for an Operations Manager to work full time at a GP Urgent Care/ Out of Hours Centre based in Croydon.
You will be responsible for the smooth and effective running of the Out of Hours services provided by the GP's on a daily basis.
Previous experience of management within and Urgent Care Centre or Out of Hours service is essential
Essential;
- Previous staff management
- Experienced NHS Operations Manager
- Experience of working in Urgent Care/ Out of hours service
- Financial and budget control/management
- Excellent time management
- Adastra/ Emis experience is also desirable
Duties;
- Building relationships
- Ensuring a smooth and effective running of the service
- Ensure that all service delivery complies to CQC registration and requirements and budgets
- Attending regular meetings as and when required
- Exercise autonomy, decision making, judgement and discretion
- Line Management
- Liaise with the rota managers and oversee the rota
The role is Monday to Friday on a rota basis, hours are between 8am - 8pm for 37.5 hours per week.
