A specialist professional health body are recruiting for a new role within their Education and Professional Standards department to take on the day to day operational management and support of the team.
The Operations Manager will manage the day to day delivery of core operations relating to education, training and professional standards; to recommend and successfully develop short, medium and long-term plans to implement strategic priorities.
As someone who has the ability to provide operational management and leadership to a team as well as build rapport and establish effective relationships, interacting with others in a sensitive and diplomatic manner you will plan and resource the work of a range of services to ensure fair distribution of work across a small yet diverse team.
Ideally coming from an education setting within a membership or professional body setting you will have had experience of effectively running projects within a customer facing environment as well as developing, implement and monitoring standard operating procedures and managing budgets.
