A world-renowned University with a prestigious campus based in London are looking to recruit a Customer Service Operations Manager. This is a permanent position paying £45k, plus excellent benefits package to include generous holiday allowance, free access to onsite gym and swimming pool and 5 volunteer days.
The Operations Manager, Customer Services is responsible for building relationships and an understanding with stakeholders to ensure services and initiatives accurately reflect business need.
Negotiating and managing expectations between customers/stakeholders and the Campus Service teams to ensure a positive, collaborative and world-class service is delivered that commands the confidence and respect of its users. The Customer Service Operations Manager is responsible for managing the contracted teams of Reception, Hotel, Fitness Centre and Gift Shop teams, developing and ensuring excellent standards of quality and customer experience is delivered. A key requirement of this role is to ensure change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget. The primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that enhance the customer experience and maximise revenue.
You will have significant experience gained with operations management within 5* world class organisations. This will include:
* Strong leadership and management experience including contract management and negotiation.
* Significant change management and project management experience.
* Experience of managing budgets and income streams
* Strong customer service experience in a multi stakeholder environment.
