TPP are delighted to be working with a an independent research institute to recruit there Operations Manager.
Do you have significant operations and information management experience within the not-for-profit sector? Can you demonstrate the ability to develop and implement policies, processes, and systems to optimise an organisation's operational efficiency?
As the Operations Manager you would oversee the operations, administration and internal communications of a dynamic and growing organisation.
This role spans the full scope of operations responsibilities, from establishing administrative systems, supporting relationships with external partners, funders and networks, owning financial and budgetary processes, monitoring grant administration and reporting cycles, developing organisational policies and assisting the Director and Senior Leadership Team with minuting, meeting organisation and recruitment.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced operations professional looking for an exciting chance to build and shape an organisation from the ground up.
You will be responsible for:
*Developing and supporting an organisational culture that fosters and enables collaborative working, good staff morale and a shared sense of purpose through the use of inclusive internal communications and effective processes;
*Overseeing the day-to-day administrative operation of the organisation, managing and streamlining internal processes;
*Overseeing contract developments, monitoring expenditure and collecting data to support (and track) reporting obligations.
