A healthcare membership organization are looking to recruit and Operations Coordinator based in the City of London, paying £22k.

The role will be supporting the Operations and Accreditation manager with the running of training solutions and their accreditation services. This will include:

  • Providing day to day co-ordination of the training and accreditation services
  • Administering accreditation assessments, liaising with assessors and clients to ensure assessments are carried out to agreed proposals and timelines
  • Coordinating operational delivery of training programmes, including the photocopying of training materials and collating training packs and handouts
  • Administering the delivery of e-learning, bespoke and open programmes liaising with trainers, commissioners and training participants to ensure programmes are delivered to agreed standards and timelines

Essential criteria includes:

  • Successful track record of working in a training function
  • Good standard of IT skills
  • Ability to manage a varied workload, prioritising and meeting deadlines
