This employer considers themselves to be extremely flexible and very open to discussing various options around the needs of the post, such as flexible compressed hours. This is permanent 4 day a week role with the combination of working from home and occasionally in the office located in Croydon.

We are working with an independent charity that offers support to the public, researchers and organisations to further good practice to recruit for an Operations and Governance Manager. Reporting to the Chief Executive you will support the delivery of the organisation's charitable objectives by ensuring the effective delivery of administrative and governance processes.

As the Operations and Governance Manager you will be working with the Chief Executive and others as required, to further develop and deliver administrative and governance processes. You will manage the Communication and Information Officer and the Events Officer and support the work of those two posts.

This is a wide-ranging role, which will promote the development of a broad range of skills and experiences and a close understanding of the running of a charity.

To be considered for the role you will have the following skills, knowledge, and experience.
* Experience of embedding and managing administrative and governance policies, processes, and systems in a small/medium enterprise.
* Experience working in a charity or membership organisation
* Familiarity with financial management and ability to monitor and oversee spend according to agreed budget.
* Experience liaising and supporting Trustees
